Keating Ritchie has remained committed to the community since its inception by serving in legal positions within local government. The firm has acted as special counsel to many local governments, including cities, villages, townships and citizens groups.

Tom Keating has served as Sharonville Law Director since 1980. He has been elected to that position five times. He also served for four years as a member of Sharonville City Council. Keating has further served as Chairman of the Hamilton County Municipal Attorney’s Association.

Warren Ritchie serves as Law Director for Hamilton Township and has served as legal counsel to Deer Park, Maineville and the Mason-Deerfield Joint Fire District. He is currently the Prosecutor for the City of Sharonville.

Johanna Hutchins is currently Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Sharonville and handles all Sharonville appellate work.
