EXPERIENCE
Mr. Keating has been practicing law for more than twenty-five years
primarily
in municipal, estate planning, and general litigation. Early in his
career,
Keating was elected to Sharonville City Council, beginning a municipal
service tenure which has extended into the new millennium. In 1979,
Keating
was elected Sharonville Law Director and continues to serve in this
position
after five elections. Mr. Keating has handled numerous trials on zoning
and
land use issues, and has been retained by many municipalities to act as
special counsel for projects requiring courtroom and municipal
expertise.
ASSOCIATIONS & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Keating has served two terms as the Chairman of the Hamilton County
Municipal Attorney's Association. He is a founding member of the Estate
Planning Council of Greater Hamilton and is a former trust employee at a
local bank. He has coached youth basketball and baseball teams for over
15
years. He is an active member of St. Michael parish.
